Healthy Weight Loss Programs and What Are Some Healthy Snacks. Clean eating is all about getting creative with food. It is super easy to get bored then fall off of your healthy weight loss programs. In this video I will give you 5 new healthy snacks so you will be successful on you healthy weight loss programs.
All of the snacks mentioned here on this post and video can be made ahead of time. They are also easy to transport if you are on the go all day like myself.
I know you may be thinking “but I don’t feel like” planning, preparing, and packaging my snacks. I say, “just do it”! Seriously, to look and feel healthy you’ve got to stay focused on your big goal or your big WHY. Why do you want to lose weight? What will it feel like when you finally step onto that scale and see that number. How excited will you feel when you have to ask the sales girl for a smaller pair of jeans because the size you grabbed is WAY too BIG? This is what you must focus on when you “don’t feel like it”.
I’m bored, what are some healthy snacks?
When you think about healthy snacks, I’m sure you think of yogurt, string cheese, raw nuts, or fruit. I know that can get boring in the first week of eating healthy!
Raw Energy Cookies – What? How can I lose weight and eat cookies? Well, these are raw and are great for before or after a workout. They taste delicious so you’ve got to have self-control. If you don’t have self-control, then DO NOT make these because you will most likely eat all of them!
Eggplant & Sweet Pepper Dip – I know that most of us use hummus as a veggie dip, however for the majority beans and legumes are VERY hard to digest. This is a new way to make a healthy dip to go with veggies or paleo crackers.
Avocado Deviled Eggs – Yes, I know that this sounds weird but it is a great afternoon snack that will keep you fueled till dinner time. This is snack has healthy fats and protein.
Arugula Pecan Pesto – Most pestos have dairy and the majority of people has dairy issues so through this on a salad, chicken, or salmon.
Baked Chili-Cauliflower – This gives you a crunchy kick. I normally am not cravings something spicy and crunchy in the AM so make this in the afternoon.
