I was thinking the other day of activities that I’m scared to do…surfing, rock climbing, sky diving, ect. There are also those activities that I don’t like to do because I’m not just natural the best at…tennis, snowboarding, golf, etc. So had an awesome idea…
Do something that makes you feel uncomfortable or a bit nervous. So many of us live life in a state of being comfortable and staying away from things that make us scared. Now it’s time to pop your comfort bubble and feel uncomfortable.
Here are just a couple ideas you might want to try to feel uncomfortable:
- Try out a free week
- Try a new sport
- Go bungee jumping
- Swim with sharks
