1-on-1 3 Month Personalized Fitness and Nutrition Program

The internet is full of fitness and nutrition programs. I’m sure you’ve tried googling for free ones or had your boyfriend or husband try to be your personal trainer. Or you may have been like me and tried EVERY diet out there but nothing seemed to work. You tried your BEST but didn’t achieve the success you wanted so badly.

I know how you feel and that’s why I don’t work with clients unless I’m working with your fitness and nutrition. I guarantee that you will will lose at least 25 plus pounds in the first three months that we work together. You will also learn the tools and strategies so you don’t have to rely on me to cheer you on your whole life.

Not only do I design a custom fitness and nutrition program for you, each week I coach you through your struggles and successes till you reach your weight loss goals. Coaching is what will help you to identify triggers to unhealthy habits, create solutions so you are set up for success next time, and for you to keep motivated through all seasons and unexpected things that come your way.

Before I take you on as one of my 1-on-1 Fitness and Nutrition Coaching clients, we must do a call. We will talk about your goals, challenges, and I’ll give you some strategies to help you accomplish your goals. If we both thing we’d be a great fit to work together then we will go over my packages and you can choose what works best for you.
