To help with depression and anxiety, get outside without sunscreen getting natural vitamin D. I do daily walks without technology and enjoying using my 5 senses. I also like slow-weighted workouts, pilates, foam rolling, and stretching.

While waiting for biopsy results, I read, Cancer Is Not a Disease, It’s a Healing Mechanism. I felt empowered knowing no matter what the results said, I had a bunch of choices for my healing journey. I also chose to praise God no matter what.
