Personal Trainer San Diego Fitness Pit Falls #1

Personal Trainer San Diego Fitness Pit Falls #1 I am too tired to go to the gym once I get home from work. This pit fall happens to me too. You are not alone! In this video I tell you 4 ways to overcome this pit fall and have workout success without stressing anymore!

Personal Trainer San Diego Fitness Pit Falls #1 I am too tired to go to the gym once I get home from work.

1. Pack Your Gym Bag in the Morning Then Go Straight to the Gym – Personal Trainer San Diego, Liz Jones says, “It is tough to go to the gym when I come home from a long day at work so don’t go home”. Even I don’t feel like working out after training clients and being on coaching calls all day.

Another secret that I do for early AM cardio is wearing my workout clothes to bed! I just roll out of bed, brush my teeth, make green tea, and put on my tennis shoes. I don’t have to worry about figuring out what to wear or looking through the laundry trying to find matching socks at 5:15AM.

2. Hire a Personal Trainer – When I get in a plateau or am training for an event I hire a personal trainer. I am a Personal Trainer San Diego is where most of my clients are, however I work with clients in other timezones and even in other countries through Skype or Google Hangouts.

Personal trainers are awesome because they see your blind spots and push you harder than you think you can do. You are also paying them so why would you skip out on the workout. Most likely you wouldn’t because you would lose the session.

I say hire a personal trainer to push you in whatever your don’t like doing…yoga, weigh training, or cardio.

3. Meet a Workout Partner at the Gym – I love workout partners. I have many depending on what my goals are. Currently, I’m working on being able to run all the way around Mission Bay (6 miles) without stopping so I run with my clients or friends as I train. Even Personal Trainer San Diego Liz Jones needs a workout partner. I know that if I do it by myself I will jog/walk whenever I get tired but if I am with a workout partner we will both push each other to go harder.

4. Go to a Group Exercise Class – If you have been to any of my classes; BODYPUMP, TRX, CrossFit, Yoga, Cycling, Circuit Training, Boot Camp or Small Group Personal Training then you know that Personal Trainer San Diego Liz Jones loves teaching classes. Classes have fun music and exercises. You get to know the instructor and the students that go to the class so if you miss then they write you on Facebook or Text you to see where you were.
