Healthy Weight Loss Programs and 10 Week Series Overview

Bikini season is right around the corner. It has been so warm and beautiful out here in So Cal. Now, if you live further east you may still have snow so that means you have more time to get into bikini shape! Sweet :0) What are you doing to get in shape for the summer?

So I know that you may be sitting there thinking IDK when was the last time I wore a swimsuit or did a water activity… My husband grew up on a lake and before school, after school, and on the weekends he was playing at the lake. Then in his 20’s until now he has lived by the ocean however doesn’t even own swim trunks, do any water activities, or go to parties where everyone will be wearing swimsuits.

This is one of the reasons I created healthy weight loss programs. As I help clients lose weight they begin to discover their passions that they forgot about because they’ve had extra weight on them for years.
