Do an outdoor activity this week. The Great Outdoors is fantastic for having fun if you get a bit creative. It does help if it is a warm and sunny day, but there are still plenty of fun things to do in the winter.
To help you out, here are lots of ideas for fun outdoor activities.
- Look at your cities community calendar
- Get involved in community sports
- The zoo
- Play Frisbee at the park
- Hike or long walk
- Bike ride
- Amusement park
- Horseback riding
- Fly a kite
- Dune surfing
- Wash the car
- Ice skating
Fitness is all about having fun and changing up your workouts. When you find yourself getting board, choose an outdoor activity. My goal is to do at least 1 outdoor activity each week. It gets me out of my normal routine and I’ve met some really fun new fitness friends on these adventures.
